We are in place to help you lead your product. We therefore communicate deeply and often, and work to make sure you and your team have options you believe in.

Our goal is for your team to be self-sufficient at great product management.
That means giving you everything you need to succeed without us. We will train, teach, show, and share so that you can sustain high performance product management techniques on your own.
Pragmatism Rules
Your goal is a successful business based on great product - not perfect process or dogma.
There are many ways to do things, but there is no universal ‘right way’ to do product management. There are only tools and how well they can work within the context of your business.

We are available for in-person engagements in the Denver metro area.
We are available for remote engagements 8am-6pm Mountain Time via remote conferencing tools like Zoom.

With over 20 years of experience building technology products at large corporations, mature startups, growth stage startups, and as a repeat founder and head of product, Scott has had the chance to learn a lot of lessons around building great products.
Across roles as a Founder, Head of Product, Director of Product, Principal Product Manager, New Product Development Lead, Architect, Engineering Leader, and Engineer Scott has envisioned, designed, built, measured, iterated, and refined dozens of products in the market.
